Spacious room, surprise bath, good Wi-Fi, short walk to train station and attractions. Clean room for three, helpful staff, breakfast until 10:00. Convenient location for reaching attractions and trips in Tuscany. Great window view, central location. Fun and helpful receptionist, took care of parking and added fun and memorable touch to the stay.

We had an amazing stay at a well-located city hotel near the main attractions. Our comfortable room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff was cute and accommodating. a great experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the cozy and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The beds were soft and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was also fantastic, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city without having to worry about transportation. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They were always ready to provide recommendations and assistance whenever I needed it.

That the hotel was located on a busy street, which could get a bit noisy at night. it didn't bother me too much as I was able to fall asleep easily despite the noise.

Moreover, the breakfast served was excellent, with the added bonus of REAL orange juice. It was a great value for money as it was included in the rate.

Expensive room rates, the price of the room was on the higher side and did not include breakfast with to be paid for separately. Breakfast organization, the breakfast service was poorly organized, with items running out and taking a long time to be refilled.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este hotel. El servicio fue increíblemente amable y atento. Las habitaciones eran amplias y tenían una terraza estupenda donde podíamos tomar el sol. También nos encantó que pudimos pedir la cena y el desayuno directamente a nuestra habitación, y la comida estaba espectacular.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We were kinda surprised by the location of the hotel, just a short walk from the city center and all the major attractions. Our room, although small, was very clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was decent, with a good variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall we had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.
